Working language is English. Simultaneous interpretation in English and Russian will be ensured. All relevant documents will be distributed in English and Russian.

Nominal badges will be handed out at the registration desk at the first floor of WTC. All the participants are kindly requested to keep it during the Conference. This badge is giving an opportunity to attend at all sessions, symposiums, exhibitions and other Conference meetings.

Weather and clothers:
July is the hottest month of the year. At the beginning of July the weather in Moscow is usually very warm and sunny, the average temperature is +17 +29 C, sometimes not too warm is +12 +20 C. Having sufficiently warm and light summer clothes, a raincoat and light coat is recommended. An official clothes appearance during the conference is welcoming.
