TERMS OF ACCOMMODATION
Check in - after 15:00. Check out - 12:00 noon.
Early check in hotel till 15:00 is subject to 100% of the room rate for 1 night.
Late check out hotel till 18:00 is subject to 50% of the room rate for 1 night.
Late check out after 18:00 is subject to 100% of the room rate for 1 night.
Accommodation at the hotel only on presenting the voucher from Academservice
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Cancellation of accommodation can be made without penalties no later than 15 May 2009.
Cancellation of accommodation made from 16 May 2008 and till 31 May 2009 is subject to cancellation fee equal to 100% of accommodation for the first night.
Cancellation of accommodation made after 01 June 2009 or No Show is subject to cancellation fee equal to 100% of accommodation for the whole period of stay.
In case of late arrival or early departure 100% cancellation fee for the whole booked period will be charged.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
100% prepayment for the whole period of stay is required at the moment of booking.
Accommodation voucher will be provided by Academservice upon 100% prepayment.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Credit Card in RUR or by Bank transfer in RUR, USD or EURO.
