World Trade Centre

The Committee on Standards, Quality & Reciprocity of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) has established service standards for each of the major services and programs that meet the brand "World Trade Center" and that each WTC offers to its members, tenants, local businesses, and daily visitors. The objective of developing these standards was to assure that all Centers provide consistent, reliable service to businesses and individuals around the world as well as assuring a quality delivery mechanism for the universal services the WTCA provides.

A Certified WTC should provide trade information services as well as three more services at the least, out of the service category list, specified in the WTCA Standards. WTCA Quality Standards Service Category.
